Ride to Cambridge

Yesterday M and I cycled to Cambridge. We left Stoke Newington early and headed east towards the Lea River. Headed north about 30 km up the Lea to Ware and then hit the old Cambridge Road for 60 km into town.

Didn’t spend a whole lot of time in Cambridge but did enjoy a celebratory beer in the sun beside the Cam when we got there.

Monica has a better write up on her blog. Link.

    Hi Tim,

Good to finally get back to you and your website looks great -congratulations to you and ‘M’!

Things are good over here -and full of change. Work has been good, project ending just in time for the world economy to go south, still got a job but against all liklihood it looks like i have picked up a new job that will be a good next stepping stone to one day having my own projects -and nobody is employing at the mo’! Its in Hamilton but my boyfriend -who Lucy met- is fine with it and I’m ready for a change! Been waiting for the contract that has a day slow in coming through but not expecting any wiedness.

Sounds like things are nice from what you’ve got posted above -I hope they still are and that everything is going well.

    Jen
